Welcome to Avera. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of Avera hardware and your use of the Avera mobile application and cloud services. By using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Avera services.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Avera is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised passwords.
Permitted Use: Avera products are designed for standard residential and commercial automation. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our software or hardware is strictly prohibited.
Professional Installation: While Avera products are designed for accessibility, some hardware (like smart switches and sockets) requires handling high-voltage electricity. We strongly recommend installation by a certified electrician.
Risk of Use: Avera is not responsible for injury, fire, or property damage resulting from improper installation or use of the products outside of their rated specifications.
Network Requirements: Avera services require a stable internet connection and compatible Wi-Fi/Zigbee/Matter networks. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your ISP or local network failure.
Service Updates: Avera may push automatic firmware updates to your devices to improve security and functionality. These updates may briefly interrupt device operation.

All software, designs, logos, and “look and feel” of the Avera ecosystem are the exclusive property of Avera. Your purchase of hardware grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the accompanying software for its intended purpose.
Avera reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to cloud services if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your ability to control devices remotely may be disabled.
These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of [Dubai].
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Avera App or email. Continued use of our products after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
