Installation Guide

Get your smart home device up and running in just a few minutes.

1. Unbox & Inspect

Check that all accessories are included and the device shows no physical damage before powering on.

2. Power Up

Plug in or install batteries. Wait for the indicator LED to blink, signaling pairing mode.

3. Install the App

Download our Smart Home app from the App Store or Google Play and create a free account.

4. Add Your Device

Tap '+ Add Device', select your product, and follow the guided Wi-Fi pairing process.

5. Place & Test

Mount the device using the included hardware. Run a quick test from the app to confirm everything works.

6. Create Automations

Set scenes, schedules, and routines to make your home truly smart.

Warranty Information

2-Year Limited Warranty

All smart home devices are covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Free Replacement

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we'll replace your device at no cost.

Easy Claims

Submit a claim through the Feedback tab or email avera@gamail.com with your order ID and a short description.

What's Not Covered

Accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, water damage on non-waterproof models, and normal wear & tear.
